Thokozani Khupe Cancer Foundation Raises Breast Cancer Awareness

The Thokozani Khupe Cancer Foundation has joined the rest of the world in the campaign to increase awareness of Breast Cancer.
Posting on Twitter, MDC-T interim leader, Dr Thokozani Khupe who is the founder of the Foundation urged both men and women to be screened on a regular basis. She posted:
We are calling on every woman and man to do regular self-examination to help detect any abnormalities. Early detection saves lives.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide, although incidence rates vary widely across the world.
