MDC Youth Assembly Leader Involved In A Car Crash
MDC Alliance (MDC-A) Youth Assembly Chairperson Obey Sithole has been involved in a car accident in Bulawayo on Saturday morning.
In a statement on Saturday morning, the MDC-A said Sithole was coming from attending to the car accident of Mashonaland West Youth Chairperson when he was also involved in an accident.
Sithole is currently being attended to a private hospital in Bulawayo. The statement by the MDC-A read:
MDC Alliance Youth Assembly Chairperson, Obey Sithole has been involved in a car accident in Bulawayo.
He was coming from attending to the car accident of Mash West Youth Chairperson.

He is currently being attended to at a private hospital in Bulawayo.
In a letter update, the party said Sithole is in a stable condition though he suffered serious injuries. It said:
We wish the MDC Alliance Youth Assembly Chairperson, [Obey] Sithole a speedy recovery following his horrific car crash this morning.
We are happy to report that he is in a stable condition despite suffering serious injuries. May he get well soon.
In a statement, the MDC Mashonaland West province said its Youth Assembly chairperson, Collen Mapfumo was involved in an accident when some items came off a haulage truck and fell on his car. The province said in the statement:
Our Mashonaland West provincial youth chairperson Collen Mapfumo was involved in an accident yesterday after a haulage truck lost control and some of its load fell on the youth leader’s car which was carrying three other youth leaders from Mashonaland West.
