Harare Records The Highest Number Of COVID-19 Cases On 19 December

Harare Metropolitan Province yesterday recorded the Highest number of COVID-19 new cases as the authorities worry that the country might be experiencing a second wave of the virus, This was revealed by the Ministry of Health in the daily update which stated that

  1. 6 Mozambican drivers tested positive for COVID-19
  2. 2 deaths recorded yesterday were from Bulawayo Metropolitan and Matabeleland North
  3. Harare recorded 34 new cases in a single day.

Zimbabwe has so far recorded over 12 000 cases and authorities said the country might be experiencing a second wave of the virus. Countries in Europe have gone into second lockdowns as a second wave of the virus is sweeping across European countries.
