Fastjet To Increase Harare Victoria Falls Flights Frequency

Fastjet has announced that this week it will add an additional flight to the resort town of Victoria Falls due to increased demand. The budget airline also said they will have an additional flight to the resort town again next week. Thereafter they will introduce a third permanent flight to Zimbabwe’s tourism capital.

This was revealed by We Are Victoria Falls in an Instagram post that said:

Due to increased demand, Fastjet have incorporated additional flights between Harare and Victoria Falls as follows:

Thursday 15th October – Fastjet will be adding an extra flight HRE VFA HRE

Monday 19th October – An extra service flight will take place HRE VFA HRE

From Tuesday 27th October onwards Fastjet will be bringing in an extra flight HRE VFA HRE to make their schedule of flights to Victoria Falls three times 3 a week

Fastjet resumed flights on 23 September after the government allowed domestic flights to resume 6 months after they were suspended due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Fastjet in the statement it released after the government announced on 8 September that domestic flights could resume had said it will communicate after consulting stakeholders on the revised domestic network flying program,
